Centipede Peer To Peer is a supportive community platform offering compassionate guidance for individuals navigating mental health, homelessness, and major life transitions.
"We believe every person has worth, no matter their situation. Lived experience is a gift, not a shame. We prioritize real relationships over clinical distance, meeting people where they are—on the streets, in shelters, or wherever we are needed most."
Our work is built on solidarity and shared experience. We are not a clinical service or a treatment program; we are peers who have walked similar paths. This shared ground allows us to offer support that is free from the pressure of labels or the weight of clinical judgment.
Whether providing 1-on-1 support, mental health outreach on the streets of Stockton and Lodi, or guiding someone through addiction recovery, we honor each individual's journey. We move at your pace, offering practical skills like grounding techniques and emotional regulation to support long-term stability.
We understand that healing is not linear. Our goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where people can talk openly, access community resources, and find the dignity they deserve as they rebuild their lives.
Centipede Peer-to-Peer is a peer-led community, not a treatment program. Peer Support Workers do not diagnose, treat, or act like clinicians. We offer grounding, emotional support, and connection to stabilizing resources.
Grounded by experience and dedicated to the community.
